The Integrated Truss Structure is the backbone of the International Space Station: a line of connected trusses, about 110 metres long and just under 118 tonnes with everything attached, built mostly of aluminium and stainless steel. It carries the unpressurised equipment: solar arrays, radiators and logistics carriers, and it supplies the station with a bus architecture. Segment names show where each sits: Z for zenith, S for starboard and P for port, plus a number for the order. The S0 truss sits centrally on top of Destiny, so its name is a slight misnomer. Canadarm2 rides on rails along it.
