Joshua Kutryk is a Canadian astronaut, test pilot, fighter pilot and engineer. The Canadian Space Agency chose him in 2017, together with Jenni Gibbons, and both graduated from NASA’s astronaut training in 2020. He was first assigned to the first operational flight of Boeing’s Starliner. After repeated Starliner delays, NASA moved him to Crew-13, which launched and docked with the International Space Station on 1 October 2026. He is part of the Expedition 75 and Expedition 76 crew. Wikipedia notes he will likely be the last Canadian astronaut to fly a long-duration station mission, because the station is due to be retired around 2030.
