Roscosmos
Roscosmos is the Russian state corporation responsible for spaceflight, cosmonautics and aerospace research. It inherited most of the Soviet space programme after 1991. It began as the Russian Space Agency in 1992, took its present form in 2015 after merging with the United Rocket and Space Corporation, and is headquartered in Moscow. Its launch sites are Baikonur in Kazakhstan, Plesetsk and Vostochny. Its rockets are the Proton-M, Angara and Soyuz-2. It built seven modules of the Russian Orbital Segment of the International Space Station, including Zarya and Zvezda, and Soyuz still carries crews there. Dmitry Bakanov has directed it since February 2025.

Crew-13
Crew-13 overlapped with Crew-12 for a short handover. Joshua Kutryk of the Canadian Space Agency flew as the first commercial crew astronaut from his agency, as CSA described it at the news conference, and it was Jessica Watkins' second Dragon flight.

International Space Station
The station is still in operation. Modules were built in Russia, the US and Europe, and the project grew out of a post-Cold War partnership. It is now due to be deorbited, with SpaceX named as the vehicle operator around 2030 in one video.
